• Try to translate Trac sandbox i18n branch to simplified Chinese.
• Keep translation up-to-date with the develop of the branch.

trouble

research them code,we discover that had to:

1. fixed so many templetes fro i18N can realy working
2. fixed so many wiki content
   • default wiki doc. is very good, but this is can covered under i18N ;(
3. and relation pluginsn also need hacked for Chinese...
