Allows authors to edit read only wiki pages they created.
Description
Allows read only wiki pages to be editable by the original author of the wiki page. Usually, when a wiki page is marked read only, only a user with wiki admin status may modify it.

Example
"user" creates a wiki page called MyPage. "admin" makes MyPage read only. "user" or "admin" can edit MyPage.
"randomuser" cannot edit.
