    1 WebAdminPlugin was used before equivalent functionality was added to Trac is 0.11. This plugin is out of date and unlikely to be of much use since it uses ClearSilver templates which are no longer supported in Trac. Sounds like AccountManagerPlugin has equivalent features now anyway. I'd just !mark it as deprecated.
