    1 Changes have been deployed. I think the authz file handling can be improved, as well as making the creation of a new hack a more atomic operation. I will save that work for another time.

     3I considered implementing the [https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/tools/hook-scripts/validate-files.py validate-files.py] hook (see [https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/tools/hook-scripts/validate-files.conf.example validate-files.conf.example]). The authz file could be validated before allowing it to be checked-in.
