    33I considered implementing the [https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/tools/hook-scripts/validate-files.py validate-files.py] hook (see [https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/tools/hook-scripts/validate-files.conf.example validate-files.conf.example]). The authz file could be validated before allowing it to be checked-in.
