Use Yahoo Chart instead of MatPlotLib — at Initial Version

Description
Matplotlib is not usually available in share hosting. This ticket is relax this requirement by using Yahoo Chart API. I also looked into Google chart but I can't find out if it can do 2 chart in one.
The drawback of Yahoo chart is the requirement of Flash Player.
