RightToLeft content macro
Description
A macro that makes it easier to work with Right-to-Left (RTL) content. The need for RTL occurs most commonly for languages such as Arabic and Hebrew, and is not natively supported by HTML.
Simply use "[[RTL]]" to emit a right-aligned div tag, and "[[LTR]]" to close the div.
