Toggle custom query filter checkbox sets by clicking on label

There is an open ticket for integrating this functionality to the Trac core, ​trac:#11970

Description

From the TicketQuery page, double-click on a checkbox, or its label, checks it and clears the neighbour checkboxes. Double-click on the label to the left of the set of checkboxes toggles the state of all checkboxes.
