In Installation section the example is: 

[ticket-custom]
project = text

the product seams to work better in this way: 

[ticket-custom]
project = select

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain falkb.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
