Description

When exporting a wiki page to PDF book, the table of contents is generated twice when the wiki page uses te ​http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TocMacro plugin: Once as TOC generated by TracWikiPrintPlugin, and once as 'page content' from the TocMacro. It should be nice if the availability of the TOC could be detected in order to generate it only once.

I think this is already done for PageOutline... should be easy to fix for TocMacro. I'll take a look. Patches are welcome.
