Preview MS Office documents and PDFs in Trac Browser

Description

As originally discussed here, it would be nice to be able to display (preview) MS Office documents (primarily Word and Excel) in the Trac Browser.

Other useful features would be:

  1. Preview PDFs in the Trac Browser.
  2. Support ODT format in addition to Open XML format.
  3. Display diffs for these file types.
