Preview MS Office documents and PDFs in Trac Browser

Description

As originally discussed ​here, it would be nice to be able to display (preview) MS Office documents (primarily Word and Excel) in the Trac Browser.

Other useful features would be:

  1. Preview PDFs in the Trac Browser.
  2. Support ODT format in addition to Open XML format.
  3. Display diffs for these file types.

Related to #6013.
