Ticket owner name should be displayed on sticky tickets

Description

Shall we not be able to amend what do we need to see on StickyTickets? This is missing Owner name and it is important information. Please look into this and assist us if there is any possibility to amend the data we need to have on sticky

(In [11033]) Prints owner field by default, makes configurable the fields on a sticky and adds the sticky link on the report view. (fixed #9152)
