Background of contextual navigation entry is not the same as the page

Description

I've started using the QuietPlugin, and see the following when the quiet mode is turned on:

I imagine similar issue might be seen when a user has a theme installed. Maybe there are just some css tweaks to make for this?

I wonder if this is an issue with how the CSS for the QuietPlugin is implemented?

(In [11893]) bookmarkplugin:

  • fixed #9556: Shows the resource name after clicking the bookmark icon
  • fixed #9557: "Bookmarks" link in #ctxtnav has fluid width and fits the width of bookmarks dropdown
  • fixed #9749: Shows "Bookmarks" link instead of the first list of #bookmark_menu
