Merge 0.11 and 0.12 branches into a trunk mainline

Description

I posted my request to contribute to this project over in #9556. If you'll allow me to contribute, I'd like to start with the following change. I did a diff of the 0.11 and 0.12 branches and found that they contain the exact same content. In order to minimize difficulty in applying patches and maintaining the code-line, I propose creating a single trunk line, and developing against Trac 0.11 and 0.13dev.

Since I haven't seen any objections to this, I'm going to assume everyone is okay that I proceed with this.

Note to self: Screen captures at BookmarkPlugin#Shortcutmenuofbookmarks and BookmarkPlugin#Bookmarkpage should be updated now that the BookmarkPlugin renders resource names rather than paths.

(In [11541]) Refs #9789: Renamed 0.11 directory to trunk. Deleted the 0.12 directory. Diff of the two branches showed that they were identical. Maintaining a single codeline that works for Trac 0.11 and greater will ease maintenance. Added a tags which will be utilized in future releases.

  • Owner changed from saigon to rjollos
  • Status changed from new to assigned

I think we should tag the 0.1 version and work towards a 0.2 version. I have a couple patches that I'll pull in soon.
