#1034 new enhancement

Titleindex and TOC combination

Reported by: Piotr Kuczynski Owned by: Alec Thomas
Priority: normal Component: TocMacro
Severity: normal Keywords:
Cc: Trac Release: 0.10

Description

Would be really great if titleindex could produce similar looking list like normal TOC but reflecting the pages structure. For example when I have pages:

  • Section1/Page1
  • Section1/Page2
  • Section1/Page3
  • Section2/Page1
  • Section2/Page2

Would be nice to see it as a TOC:

  • Section1
    • Page1
    • Page2
    • Page3
  • Section2
    • Page1
    • Page2

Hi

My pb looks near this topic. I try do a TOC on all subpages in combination titleindex.

If i do [[TOC( Documentation/Administrateur/*, inline, notitle, noheading, depth=99)]]

then i obtain Error: Page Documentation/Administrateur/* does not exist

But if i rename a subpage in Documentation/Administrateur/* then the error disappear

The wildcard don't look its job

Not really the same problem (or nearly) - create a new ticket next time unless they are in fact the same issue.

That said, as discussed on #trac, you have the 0.10 version of the macro, trying to use a wildcard feature that is only available for the 0.11 version.
