Description

It would be great to be able to add a new column to the custom query which shows the timestamp of the last status change or for how long the ticket status wasn't changed.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain anybody.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
