Description

In a complete project managment system is important to have tickets shown only after a certain date (like a reminder). The best would be to have tickets to be auto created ( to have mail notification).

The description is a little unclear, but I may be looking to develop something similar:

  • Send an email reminder to the reporter and owner when the ticket is overdue
  • Optionally send a digest email once per day rather than a single email for each overdue ticket
  • Send a list of overdue tickets to the project manager

... and other such things.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anybody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
