Version ,Milestone and Component rename issue

Description

  1. Project must be reselected. (like create a new one ?)
  2. it seems successful, but smp_version_project, smp_milestone_project, smp_component_project datatable still hold old ones (it will be founded when create new ticket).

I just do the rename not delete.

(In [13112]) refs #10733, refs #10885:

  • now renaming of milestones and versions works via Admin panel
  • now deleting and renaming of components works via Admin panel also
