Hello, We will be soon upgrading Debian to its latest version which has trac 0.12.3.1 installed. Is this plug in capable for this version?

The plugin hosted on trac-hacks is a different plugin than that hosted on GitHub, so the links on the wiki are "correct". If you'd like to use the GitHub plugin, navigate over to the GitHub page. There is already a link to it from the TicketMoverPlugin page.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I believe other people have been using the code @ http://trac-hacks.org/browser/ticketmoverplugin/0.11/ticketmoverplugin with trac 0.12 and trac 1.0 just fine.
I'm actually using a separate branch (https://github.com/UnwashedMeme/TicketMoverPlugin) now that I run on trac 1.0 but I believe would work on trac 0.12. I did the fork originally because the version here didn't work for me but someone else has since updated it. I also moved the controls for this down into the "Action" section (next to "Resolve as" and "Reassign to").
If you run into any problems go ahead and make a ticket.
