TOC macro doesn't work correctly with plugin

When using the TocMacro, the table of content displayed on the PDF document is always the table of content of the index page of the wiki.

In my case (Trac 11rc1), I'm having an error message:

Error: Macro TOC(None) failed
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'endswith'

Similarly, the BackLinksMenuMacro fails, not with an error message but with a complete list of all wiki pages like this:

Pages linking to None:
InterMapTxt
SandBox
WikiMacros
WikiHtml
TracQuery
TracStandalone

To a complete newbie, this looks like an otherwise implicit plugin/macro parameter being forgotten when generating PDF
