Macro TOC Error: 'Environment' object has no attribute 'env'

Description

Upgrading trac svn to r4612 I find that it now gives me the following error: 

Error: Macro TOC(None) failed

'Environment' object has no attribute 'env'

Before this it wasn't working but didn't give any errors, but now it just seems to be completely broken.

The 0.10 macro already contains a bunch of # TODO 0.11 comments. I'll contribute a complete 0.11 version this evening.

Status: new → closed

Ok, the TocMacro 0.11 branch is now compatible with Trac 0.11dev (>= ​[T2621], i.e. bleeding edge as of this writing ;) ).

I'll go through the other TocMacro tickets to see whether those issues are also present in the new version.
