No handler matched request to /hours

Reported by: coldfusionpc@… Owned by: Ryan J Ollos
Priority: normal Component: TracHoursPlugin
Severity: normal Keywords:
Cc: Trac Release: 0.12

Description

I've installed all the dependencies, updated database, everything was successful, and I have total and estimated hours on tickets. but there is no /hours page, no additional permissions to grant, and the plugin does not show up on the plugins page. Everything else says it's installed, but most of the functions are missing.

The total hours and estimated hours fields are custom fields, so if the database upgrade is successful, they will be present regardless of whether the plugin is loading. It sounds like the plugin is not loading. Please set TracLogging to debug level and looking for messages containing the word skipping for TracHours components when the plugin components are loading. Please post those messages here.

You'll need to restart Trac or your webserver in order to see the plugin loading messages.
