Database schema does not get upgraded

Description

Hello, I installed the timing and estimation plugin globally 'sudo python setup.py install' and after that I tried to run the trac-admin /path/to/projenv upgrade per your documentation on a fresh new site in 0.10.1 but it said database is already up to date. If I try to enable the components in trac-admin, after that I will get a server internal error on apache. Any thoughts?

Try enabling the components, then trac-upgrading. Typically an apache error here is it trying to tell you that it needs to be upgraded.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
