TicketBox patch for Trac 0.11 and up

Description

Since Trac 0.11, wiki macros must be implemented as TracPlugins.

I have attached a patch that implements support for Trac 0.11 and upwards.

You might want to mention that 0.11-macros must be installed in the %TRAC_ENV%\plugins folder, as opposed to %TRAC_ENV%\wiki-macros. Also, after installation, the TicketBoxMacro plugin must be enabled from the built-in Trac administration interface before it can be used.

If using multiple Trac environments, a better alternative is to install the macro into the %PYTHON_ROOT%\share\trac\plugins instead of copying it to each and every Trac environment folder.

In r2769, I fixed to work on Trac 0.11 correctly. And also I updated the wiki page.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Shun-ichi Goto.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
