API link returns Internal Server Error

I have multiple repositorys. On one plugin is working(the link if I click API is working) on other I'm geting this error

It doesn't seem to be a xmlrpcplugin issue. Your /repo/.../test1/templates/site.html file leads the issue. Please try to remove the site.html from templates directory or prevent using page variable in site.html when API page of xmlrpcplugin.

WTF. I recheck complete system and didn't see this problem. Many thanks and it is working.
