Description
It would be a helpful addition if the wiki-rename plugin could also copy pages, rather than just rename them.
We do this when preparing updated versions of release notes, for example. Currently to achieve the copy we copy and paste the text of the previous version into a new page, re-add the attachments and then edit. This is time consuming and error-prone.
The interface would be the same, just add a checkbox to say "Copy, rather than rename".
It would need to copy attachments, but WikiRename does that anyway.
Please consider adding this feature.
Thanks

0.10 version of the plugin is deprecated.
I've attached a patch to add copying to the 0.10 version. I don't have a 0.11 environment to test in here so that's untouched. I'm sure someone can port it over easily.
It also includes the patch from #1903.
