Share team member in different teams

It is possible have a team member on two different teams? If so, how?

Unfortunately, this is not possible by design, as a team member should always be part of one team at any given time.

Consider that:

• I create a team for each new sprint.
• When the user is automatically removed from the sprint's team, the other sprints are also changed. In my opinion this shouldn't happen.

Thank you for taking the time to elaborate on your use case. What is the reason for creating a new team for each sprint? What exactly changes in the other sprints, when a user is automatically removed?

Generally do not do so. Remove automatically affects the capacity (in hours) of the team. Maybe that should be.
