Description

The plugin doesn't specify a license. Would you be willing to add 3-Clause BSD license (same as Trac)?

Added 3-Clause BSD license, with permission of author. Fixes #11871.

ValuePropagationPlugin has the same issue. TeamCalendarPlugin and TracJsGanttPlugin specify a license, but could use some headers in the source code. Is it alright if I apply changes similar to [14011] to those plugins.
