Username not inserted from admin panel

Description

In version "0.5dev-r14078" when using the "Add New Account" the Name of the user is not copied to the database.

Also there are many English strings although transifex says 100%. Example is "Add New Account", which is not in transifex at all.

In 14271:

AccountManagerPlugin: Save all attributes for accounts added via admin panel, refs #12024.

This is a regression from changes in [13290].

I know, that I let the message catalog get outdated, and will do refresh soon.
