Apache Bloodhound compatibility

Description

When I installed the latest version of TracWysiwyg plugin, It affected to the bloodhound wiki style (inner frame of the wiki has disappeared). So I changed the file wysiwyg.js line 79, insertBefore to appendChild. Now the bloodhound wiki style is not changed and I cannot find any bug yet.
