Plugin has no license COPYING file

Description

The code mentions that a COPYING file is supplied with the plugin. That file is however not part of the distribution. Would you kindly add it?

I have also tagged the plugin as being bsd-licensed, as this is implied in the Python source code. Can you change it to the correct license if that is not the case?
