Maintainer macro error when previewing new hack

Description

When previewing a new hack the maintainer macro gives the following error: 

Maintainer macro error

 Hack name must be specified as argument when the context realm is not 'wiki'

The URL when this happens is 

https://trac-hacks.org/newhack

All fields in the form are filled including the new hack name field. Subsequent creation of the hack works without problem.
