hello

we are trying to make some fields mandatory in some ticket states. for example, i want to enforce that when closing a ticket the closer will fill in the version it was resolved in. and to enforce that while the ticket is open the "resolved in version field" is blank.

i installed ticketvalidator plugin but it doesnt seem to work for me.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

This is an installation issue. Please ask on the ​MailingList, and include information about your configuration and environment.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
