Description

In preferences -> subscriptions you can add / activate custom rules for notifications.

We have the following enhancement request for a new custom rule:

Notify me always on ticket changes for tickets where I did at least one modification.

Modificiation in meaning of:

  • Change of a ticket field
  • Change of ticket status
  • Comment
  • Any other changes I forgot and a user can do to a ticket

This feature is implemented in Trac 1.2, see TicketPreviousUpdatersSubscriber: ​trac:wiki:1.1/TracNotification#notification-subscriber-section. I highly encourage you to upgrade in the near future.

AnnouncerPlugin needs a lot of work and I'm going to focus on a version of Announcer that provides extensions to Trac 1.2. If someone else is willing to step up to maintain a 0.12- or 1.0-compatible version of Announcer we can revisit this, but I don't anticipate that happening.

Note that Trac 1.2rc1 is available, and if no significant issues are found, 1.2 will be released around September 22nd.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Steffen Hoffmann.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
