Table editting icons do not appear in Chrome or IE11

Description

When editing a table in Firefox, icons appear to add and remove columns and rows. These do not appear in Chrome or IE 11.

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 IE11: 11.0.9600.18449

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jun Omae.
