Description
Installing against Trac 0.10.1
After building and installing pagetopdf plugin, the pdf link does not appear in the "other formats" section. I am running under mod_python, and I have restarted apache.
I have tried both the site-packages install, and placing the egg directly in the plugins folder. I have also tried modifying the source to specify
I also tried downloading the zipfile and the svn source.
Attempting to troubleshoot, I received this error when going to a http://mysite.com/wiki/mypage/?format=pdf page:
No available MIME conversions from text/x-trac-wiki to pdf
So... Any idea how I might be able to get this trac plugin to show?

I've got this same error, I just started looking into it, I'll update it if I made any headway.

Just an FYI,
I modified the source to represent the correct location to htmldoc and restarted apache2. After which, my error went away.
Thanks!

Deprecated, please see the TracWikiToPdfPlugin.
Sorry. That should have read "to specify /usr/bin/htmldoc" in the middle where I trailed off. My bad ;)
