Preview doesn't work with Trac 1.2

Description

The HTML markup was changed in Trac 1.2, so the plugin doesn't work. I'd like to create a Trac 1.2-compatible version, if that's okay with you.

Note that I'm adding preview support to Milestones for Trac 1.3.2: ​trac:#3776. The future 1.4-compatible version can therefore remove the preview functionality.

Have you considered creating a patch for ​trac:#4583? I think we'd want to have a drop-down for selecting and applying templates, like TracTicketTemplatePlugin, and/or add the "clone" milestone functionality.
