TracPermRedirect not working with 1.2

Description

I recently upgraded my Trac install from 1.0.13 to 1.2.1 and it seems TracPermRedirect no longer works. When I'm not logged in I get sent to Trac's default permission error page (Error: Forbidden). I am using the latest trunk version of TracPermRedirect from SVN [16460].

I think this issue is caused by the changes in ​changeset:14604. It seems like it will now always raise an HTTPForbidden exception even when this plugin attempts to handle the PermissionError. I am not sure if this is fixable from the plugin or the change needs to happen in Trac core.

Thanks for reporting. RequestDone is no longer re-raised during exception handling. See ​trac:#12818.
