email to track cc notifications

How do I turn off notifications for CCs.

I have a helpdesk email and when users send to that helpdesk email in the Cc field, we get continous looping effect of notifications until I delete the entire ticket.

Did you set the reply_all option in /etc/email2trac.conf:

reply_all : 1

If set to 1 the Ticket CC-fielfd is set with the CC-email-addresses. Set to 0 to disable it. I have to make an exclude option for CC-addresse if reply_all is set to prevent loops

Modify Ticket

as closed The owner will remain bas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.
