Integration with TeamCalendarPlugin

Description

The documentation mentions integration with the TeamCalendarPlugin. Having installed both plugins, I'm unsure how they are meant to be linked together.

As I understand, we have to select a different IResourceCalendar implementation. Where can we configure this? I also could not find the alternate implementation of the IResourceCalendar interface in the TeamCalendarPlugin sources.

Note: we're quite content with the functionality and simplicity of this plugin thus far and want to use it more broadly, hence the question.

This has now been resolved, as we've added our own code to support this integration.
