Description

Hello,

after migration from Trac-1.2.3 to 1.4 this plugin stopped working.

The log says 

2019-11-14 12:07:27,166 Trac[chrome] WARNING: Rendering Genshi template 'fullblog_macro_monthlist.html' (convert to Jinja2 before Trac 1.5.1)

But the menu item for the blog now looks like: 

STARTahref/trac-pp/blog-1-1TEXTBlog-1-1ENDa-1-1

Summary: Support Trac 1.4.x → Menu button broken in Trac 1.4.x

All the rest of the plugin seems to be functional, just the menu button is not working.

Worked around by configuration:
