HI,

updated to TRAC 1.4.1 und tried to install.

By updating with: trac-admin Repos upgrade trac-admin Repos wiki upgrade

I get the feedback from Plugin, something is missing. upgrade_environment environment_needs_upgrade

This plugin needs a bit of work. You may want to try TracTicketChangelogPlugin instead.
