Enable Markdown for subset of wiki pages

Description

Instead of doing the all or nothing approach with the markdownformatter enable Markdown only for a subset of wiki pages.

Allow the user to specify one or more wiki page hierarchies for which the default wiki language should be Markdown. For example all pages below wiki/Docs/.

In 18334:

MarkdownMacro: allow to specify a page hierarchy which is using Markdown as the wiki language. Specify a list of root pages in trac.ini, all subpages will use Markdown.

Example:
