Could show tag name in the /tags area of repo

Description

It would be nice to show the tag name (next path element after /tags) beside the circle for each changeset in the /tags hierarchy. The changeset numbers are not that interesting there :-)

Finally got some time to think about it. It requires non-trivial changes to the base code though.

Attaching a previous of the current work.

(In [4024]) Refs #1405. Introduce tag support in RevtreePlugin

Bumping version to v0.6.0: API for enhancers have been reworked and are no longer compatible with previous releases of the plugin.

Please note that this version is in early development stage.
It is therefore recommended to stick with the previous series for the plugin (0.5.x)

Tags work fine with version 0.6.1 of the plugin - the tags are shown as the attached sample preview.
