Description

Notification is not a component, and cannot be disabled through trac.ini.

That's true because of Trac's notification system. I'll check if I can make a component with notification later, but for now is discussion notification controlled by ticket notification trac.ini options.

I think my request coincides with this one. I would like users to be able to subscribe to certain Forums, and receive notification of all messages posted on that Forum (and be able to unsubscribe).

Type: defect → enhancement

I'll add option to subscribe to entire forum or single topic and change notification to component using forum, topic and message changes interfaces. This will prepare easy way to support tags too.

Implemented for topics in r6261. Implementation for forums will follow.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Radek Bartoň.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
