TracWaveDromPlugin: Update to support Trac 1.6 and the latest stable WaveDrom

Description

This plugin still uses Genshi. I am not sure whether Trac 1.6 can work with Genshi or not, but my understanding is that at some point Genshi will no longer work.

The plugin also uses a very old version of WaveDrom.

Update to use the latest WaveDrom and to remove Genshi usage.
