Description

See the attached patch for the minimal changes to support Trac 1.6 and Python 3, based on the current head of the 1.0 branch.

Sorry for the duplicate patch, the second one is the more complete one. It contains an additional fix for the admin panel form. (and one for potential image support, but this still doesn't work and produces an error similar to #4304).
