Can't attach file with simple_ticket_create permission

Description

I like the SmpleTicketPlugin but our users can't attach a file?

If I give them the Ticket_Append permission the option is there to attached a file but when it comes to attaching the file it says they need the Ticket_Create permission?

If I give them Ticket_Create permission it overrides the Simple_Ticket_Create permission.

Or am i missing something?

You need to give your users the TICKET_APPEND or TICKET_MODIFY permission. Then it should work.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed
Summary: can't attach file with simple_ticket_create permission → Can't attach file with simple_ticket_create permission

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
