Option to allow skipping headings

Description
When a page uses the AddComment macro, it writes a level 3 header and then the Comment at a particular place. It would be nice if TOC would have a option to exclude specific Header completly. Maybe through a regular expression ("exclude='[regexp]'")

One option that I use for this is the
depth=<n>argument.However, it probably would be handy for TOC to do this.
