Adding users and trying to log in as the new user.

Description

Hi. I have the plugin TracAccountManager 0.1.3dev-r2171 installed on trac 0.10.3.1. The plugin installed fine with no errors and I can add users with no problems. But when i go to log in as the users I created with the plugin I am never excepted in. The users are denied. I have given the new users admin permissions.

I have tried enabling all and variations of the components. The users do appear in the "Manage User Acounts" after I create them but it seems that trac is still using the default login method/file that it uses when its installed with no plugins.

Can you point me in a direction to help me move forward with this issue? I appreciate any advice you can give.

Status: new → closed

pls use the mailing list for this.

causes might be:

  • you enabled ignore_auth_case
  • some exception you overlooked in the log file

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Matt Good.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
